Our Policies
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned. That’s why we offer an easy returns and exchanges.
Here’s what you need to know:
Tags & Condition: Products must be unused and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. If they are not returned in the same condition, the return request will be declined.
Timeline: Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9925000654 or mail within 24 hours of delivery to raise any request. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 working days. Delays beyond this may lead to cancellation of the return or exchange.
Exchange: Products can be exchanged only once and cash on delivery will not be available on exchanged product.
Custom Size Items: Custom-stitched blouse stitching facility having (sizes like 32, 34, 36, and so on) are made to your selected measurements and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed, but if we ever cancel an order on our end, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2-7 business days.
Refunds: As most of our items are custom-made and make to order, we do not provide refunds; we offer easy exchanges or store credit to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
Sales & Special Promotions: Items purchased from sales section, Navratri collection, or those that include free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fees: For all returns and exchanges (excluding cases of defective, damaged, or missing items) a nominal fee ranging from ₹199-299 will be charged by the shipping company for reverse pickup.
Sold Out Items: Items which are sold out will not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item
1. Received a Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Item?
We’re committed to getting it right! If there’s an issue with your order – whether it’s a damaged item, missing item or the wrong product – we’ve got your back.
- Share photos and videos showing the issue. Unboxing video is necessary to submit.
- We’ll arrange a pickup and return the item to us for inspection.
- If a pickup service is not available or offered, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address.
- Once the item is returned to our team, we’ll promptly ship a replacement or issue store credit if necessary.
2. Need a Different Size or Product?
If the size or fit isn't quite right, don’t worry – we’re happy to help you exchange it.
- Depending on the number of items and weight, you may need to pay a small fee for reverse shipping.
- If a pickup service is not available or offered, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense.
- Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll quickly send your new product or you can opt for credit note. Which'll have 3 months of validity.

- Depending on the number of items and weight, you may need to pay a small fee for reverse shipping.

- Please note: Customised products (made to your exact measurements or chosen stitched variant like 32,34,36 and so on) and Navratri outfits cannot be exchanged or returned.
Our Commitment to Transparency

Colour Variations: While we do our best to accurately display the colours and details of each product, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting. These minor differences are not grounds for return or exchange. Also, please note that slight minor variations in colour may be visible due to the dyeing process between blouse, lehengha and dupatta. Strictly no exchanges and returns will not be accepted for this reason.
- Embellishment Issues: Items with delicate embellishments (e.g., beads, sequins, or mirrors) may occasionally experience some minor issues during transit. While we package each item with care, some embellishments might come loose. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with returns or exchanges for these situations.
Shipping & Fees
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, if paid any.
- Return Shipping: If you’re returning or exchanging an item, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense. For pickup, a nominal reverse shipping fee may apply.
- COD Fees: COD fees are non-refundable.
