Here’s what you need to know: How to Return or Exchange your item
Return window : A return request can be placed within 24 hours of order delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return or exchange
Condition : Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
Refunds : We offer refunds in Gracious you store credit which comes 90 days of validity. We don't offer cash/bank refunds
Once your return is accepted :
- A pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours
- The product will be delivered to us. A quality check (QC) will be conducted upon arrival
- After successful quality check, the refund amount will be credited to your Gracious you's store credit. Store credits can be used for future purchases within 90 days of issuance
Return Charges : A return handling fee of ₹199 per item will be required to pay in advance to arrange pickup or you can send it back to us
1. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items — share photos, videos, and a 360° unboxing video. This is mandatory. Once the item is returned to our team, we’ll promptly ship a replacement or issue store credit if necessary
2. Need a Different Size or Product - If the size or fit isn't quite right, don’t worry – we’re happy to help you exchange it. Reach us on Whatsapp at +91 9925000654 (no calls) or mail within 24 hours of delivery to raise any request
3. Items not eligible for return or exchange -
- Custom-stitched blouses (sizes 32,34,36,38,40,42,44 or any specific/custom measurements)
- Navratri collection
- Sale / special promotion items
- Items bundled with free gifts
- Sold-out items
- Minor colour variations or embellishment issues
Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed. If we cancel, a full refund will be processed within 2–7 business days
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or the dyeing process may occur. Additionally, delicate embellishments such as beads, sequins, or mirrors may occasionally loosen during transit despite careful packaging. These minor variations or issues are not eligible for return or exchange
If the item is being shipped by customer once the return request is approved then tracking id should be shared within 3 working days. Delays beyond this may lead to cancellation of the return or exchange
Shipping and COD Fees are non refundable if paid any
