STORE CREDIT

Store credit is valid for 3 months from issuance.
Unused credits will be forfeited and will not be reissued or refunded.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

For offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 or Buy 2 Get 1, GRACIOUS YOU may substitute the free item with a product of equal value based on availability, without prior notice.

MISBEHAVIOUR POLICY

If a customer engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour, Gracious You reserves the right to cancel orders or deny returns/exchanges.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD orders will be confirmed via calls/messages.

  • Failure to respond or providing incomplete details may result in order cancellation.

  • If a customer refuses delivery or the parcel returns due to any reason, a reshipping fee will be applicable before dispatching again.

Return/Exchange-related disputes will be resolved at the company’s sole discretion

ARBITRATION

Disputes will be resolved through a sole arbitrator appointed by the Proprietor.
Arbitration will follow the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, held in Surat, Gujarat.
Your payment obligations remain unaffected during arbitration.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a purchase website or via Whatsapp, Instagram or any medium, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies including shipping, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
In case of any disagreement, the company’s final decision shall be binding.
